Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We ensure meticulously packing for all orders, with eco-friendly materials, but there is always a small chance of damage in transit. If you believe this has happened with your order, please email us at soaperaaa@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Submitting an unedited unboxing video to us is mandatory to make any claims with the third-party courier company tasked with delivering your order.

 

Cancellations

Once you have placed an order on our website, you are well within your right to cancel it. However, any and all cancellation requests must be raised via email only and within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond the 24-hour mark, we do not accept cancellation requests of any kind as orders are often times shipped by then.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be provided in the form of store credit.

It may take up to 5 business working days to process the refund.
