Shipping and Delivery

 

Shipping

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of being received, via reputed logistics companies such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Kerry Indev, etc.  The mode of shipping used is always surface (by-road). Please refer to the list below for an approximation of delivery timelines post-dispatch:

3 business days: Within Vadodara-city limits
5 business days: Major metro cities
7 business days: All states apart from J&K and North East
10 business days: J&K and North Eastern states

Shipping Details

It is vital that all details for shipping (Full Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Postal address) are accurate for the delivery to occur smoothly. We are not responsible for any orders with incomplete or wrong shipping details facing issues with delivery. RTO (return charges) and shipping charges to the correct address (if not rectified before the order is dispatched the first time around) will need to be borne at actuals by the customer.
